Service Agreement

1. Service Description

Apzion provides a prediction market platform where users can create, participate in, and resolve markets on various topics including politics, sports, finance, and culture.

2. User Accounts

2.1 Account Creation

Users can create accounts using wallet-based authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys.

2.2 KYC Verification

Optional KYC verification is available to unlock VIP benefits. We use zkME technology for privacy-preserving identity verification.

3. Platform Services

3.1 Market Participation

• Users can trade on prediction markets
• Market outcomes are determined by designated resolvers or oracles
• All trades are final and irreversible once executed on-chain

3.2 Market Creation

• Verified users can create prediction markets
• Markets must comply with our content guidelines
• Market creators are responsible for accurate descriptions

3.3 VIP Rewards System

• Users earn XP through various activities
• VIP levels unlock additional benefits and multipliers
• Reward distribution is subject to verification

4. Fees and Payments

4.1 Trading Fees

The platform charges a small fee on market trades. Fees are transparently displayed before transaction confirmation.

4.2 Withdrawal Fees

Blockchain transaction fees (gas fees) apply to all on-chain operations including deposits and withdrawals.

5. User Conduct

5.1 Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Manipulate markets or engage in market abuse
• Create fraudulent or misleading markets
• Attempt to exploit platform vulnerabilities
• Use automated bots without authorization
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Data and Privacy

We collect and process user data as described in our Privacy Policy. KYC data is processed using zero-knowledge proofs to protect user privacy.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform content, design, and code are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Users retain rights to content they create but grant us a license to display it on the platform.

8. Liability and Disclaimers

8.1 Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows will be announced in advance when possible.

8.2 Trading Risks

Prediction markets involve risk. Users should only participate with funds they can afford to lose. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

8.3 Third-Party Services

We integrate with third-party services (blockchain networks, oracles, KYC providers). We are not responsible for third-party service failures or errors.

9. Termination

9.1 User-Initiated

Users can close their accounts at any time. Withdraw all funds before account closure.

9.2 Platform-Initiated

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this agreement or engage in prohibited activities. Users will be notified and given opportunity to withdraw funds.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Market Disputes

Market resolution disputes should be reported within 7 days. Our resolution team will review evidence and make final determinations.

10.2 Legal Disputes

Any legal disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules.

11. Changes to Agreement

We may update this Service Agreement from time to time. Significant changes will be announced via email and platform notifications. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
