Resolves Yes if, by December 31, 2028, the regulators (Timor-Leste's ANPM and/or the Timor-Leste–Australia Special Regime authorities) formally approve a development plan for the Greater Sunrise gas fields, or the joint venture announces a final investment decision. Confirmation comes from the Government of Timor-Leste, Woodside, or major wire services. Concept studies and memoranda of understanding do not count. Otherwise resolves No.
