Resolves Yes if, by December 31, 2028, the Abidjan Metro Line 1 begins regular commercial passenger service on at least part of its route, as announced by the Ivorian government or the metro operator. Resolves No otherwise. Test runs and inaugurations without public commercial service do not count. Resolution source: Government of Côte d'Ivoire / Ministry of Transport and major wire services.
