Resolves Yes if official data from Angola's National Agency for Petroleum, Gas and Biofuels (ANPG) or the Ministry of Mineral Resources shows average crude oil production above 1.10 million barrels per day for any calendar month from January 2028 through the latest month published by December 31, 2028. Resolves No otherwise. Major wire service reporting of ANPG figures may be used as a fallback.
