Resolves Yes if, between market creation and December 31, 2028, the IMF announces a staff-level agreement or Executive Board approval of any financing arrangement for Botswana (e.g., SBA, EFF, ECF, RSF, or Rapid Financing Instrument disbursement). Resolves No otherwise. Non-financing arrangements (Article IV consultations, technical assistance, Staff-Monitored Programs) do not count. Resolution source: IMF press releases.
