Description
Resolves Yes if, by December 31, 2028, the Cambodian government officially opens the Funan Techo Canal (the waterway linking the Mekong at Phnom Penh to the Gulf of Thailand coast) to vessel navigation, as confirmed by the government or major wire services. A partial opening counts only if vessels can navigate the full route from the Mekong to the coast. Otherwise resolves No.
