Resolves Yes if Eurostat's annual average rate of change of the HICP for Croatia for calendar year 2027 is below 3.0%, as first published by Eurostat (expected early 2028). Resolves No if it is 3.0% or higher. If Eurostat has not published the figure by December 31, 2028, resolves No.
