Resolves Yes if, between now and December 31, 2028, Fitch Ratings upgrades Paraguay's long-term foreign-currency issuer default rating to BBB- or higher. Resolves No if Fitch still rates Paraguay below investment grade on that date. Moody's and S&P already rate Paraguay investment grade, while Fitch remains at BB+. The resolution source is Fitch Ratings' official rating actions.
