Resolves Yes if, by December 31, 2028, the United Nations (the Secretary-General, his spokesperson or the UN Good Offices Mission in Cyprus) officially announces that formal, structured negotiations on a comprehensive Cyprus settlement have resumed between the two sides. Informal meetings, leaders' social meetings, technical-committee work or informal enlarged meetings do not count by themselves. Otherwise resolves No.
