Resolves Yes if, between now and December 31, 2028, S&P Global Ratings, Moody's or Fitch Ratings assigns Guatemala a long-term foreign-currency sovereign rating of investment grade (BBB- or Baa3 or higher). Resolves No otherwise. As of mid-2026, all three agencies rated Guatemala one notch below investment grade. The resolution source is the agencies' official rating actions.
