Resolves Yes if official data from Guyana's Ministry of Natural Resources, or production figures reported by the ExxonMobil-led Stabroek consortium, show average crude output of at least 1.2 million barrels per day for any single calendar month, with the figure published between now and December 31, 2028. Resolves No otherwise. Production was about 914,000 b/d in Q1 2026, before the Uaru project started up.
