Resolves Yes if Haiti holds voting for at least the first round of a national presidential election between now and December 31, 2028, as confirmed by Haiti's Provisional Electoral Council (CEP) and major wire services (AP, Reuters, AFP). Resolves No if no presidential voting has taken place by that date. The CEP has set December 13, 2026 for the first round, but a postponement is widely expected.
