Resolves Yes if, between now and December 31, 2028, Honduras and Taiwan (Republic of China) officially re-establish diplomatic relations, as announced by either government's foreign ministry. Resolves No otherwise. Honduras switched recognition to the People's Republic of China in 2023, and the Asfura government has said it is reviewing that decision.
