Resolves Yes if, by December 31, 2028, the Hungarian forint officially enters the Exchange Rate Mechanism II, as announced by the ECB / Eurogroup and the parties to the ERM II agreement. Resolves No otherwise. Statements of intent, target dates or convergence plans do not count.
