Resolves Yes if the Lao Statistics Bureau reports year-on-year consumer price inflation below 5.0% for September 2028. Resolves No if the reported September 2028 rate is 5.0% or higher. If no official figure is published by December 31, 2028, the question resolves on the most recent month published before that date. Inflation was 7.8% in September 2026.
