Resolves Yes if, by December 31, 2028, Myanmar's sitting president or prime minister attends an official ASEAN Summit in person as Myanmar's representative, as confirmed by the ASEAN Secretariat or major wire services. Virtual participation and attendance only by foreign-ministry or senior officials do not count. Otherwise resolves No. Myanmar was represented by non-political officials at the 2026 summit.
