Resolves Yes if the market value of the Government Pension Fund Global as of September 30, 2028, as reported in Norges Bank Investment Management's (NBIM) Q3 2028 report, is NOK 27,000 billion or more. Resolves No if it is below that figure. If NBIM has not published the Q3 2028 figure by November 30, 2028, the value shown on nbim.no for September 30, 2028 is used.
