Resolves Yes if Shell, Equinor and/or the Government of Tanzania officially announce a final investment decision (FID) on the Tanzania LNG export project in Lindi by December 31, 2028. Resolves No if no FID is announced by the deadline. The signing of a Host Government Agreement alone does not count. Resolution source: Shell/Equinor press releases or Tanzanian government statements, confirmed by major wire services.
