Resolves Yes if, by December 31, 2028, Rio Tinto, the Simandou consortium partners, or the Government of Guinea reports that Simandou has reached its full nameplate export capacity of 120 million tonnes per year (annualized run-rate). Resolves No otherwise. Resolution source: Rio Tinto quarterly production reports/press releases, Government of Guinea statements, or major wire services.
