Resolves Yes if, by December 31, 2028, the Slovenian government and/or project company GEN energija formally adopt a final investment decision (or a construction decision of the same effect) for the JEK2 reactor project at Krško, as announced by the Government of Slovenia (gov.si), GEN energija or World Nuclear News. Resolves No otherwise. Preliminary studies, vendor shortlists or spatial plans do not count.
