Resolves Yes if a presidential election for the Federal Republic of Somalia is completed and a winner is declared by December 31, 2028, whether by parliament or by direct popular vote. In March 2026, parliament amended the constitution to extend the current terms and delay the election. Resolves No if no presidential election is completed by the deadline.
