Resolves Yes if the Sudanese Armed Forces (SAF) and the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) both formally sign a nationwide ceasefire or humanitarian truce agreement by December 31, 2028, as confirmed by the mediators (for example the US, Saudi Arabia, the AU or the UN). Unilateral declarations, local truces or agreements in principle that are not signed do not count. Resolves No otherwise.
