Resolves Yes if the Mongolian People's Party (MPP) wins more than half of all seats in the State Great Khural (39 or more of 126) in the regular parliamentary election due in 2028, according to final results from Mongolia's General Election Commission published by December 31, 2028. Resolves No if the MPP wins fewer seats, or if no such election is held by that date.
