Resolves Yes if Morocco's ONHYM and/or Nigeria's NNPC, or the project's sponsors, officially announce a final investment decision (FID) on the Nigeria-Morocco (African Atlantic) gas pipeline, or on any construction phase of it, by December 31, 2028.
