Resolves Yes if, by December 31, 2028, the Alliance of Sahel States (Burkina Faso, Mali, Niger) issues a new common currency that is legal tender and in circulation (notes, coins or official digital form) in Burkina Faso. Announcements, plans or the creation of a confederal bank alone do not count. Resolves No otherwise.
