Resolves Yes if, by December 31, 2028, the World Bank Board of Executive Directors approves a loan, credit or grant that finances construction of the Kambarata-1 hydropower plant on the Naryn River, as shown on the World Bank projects database or in an official press release. Funding only for preparatory studies, technical assistance or resettlement planning does not count. Otherwise resolves No.
