Description
Resolves Yes if Vanuatu is removed from Annex I of the EU list of non-cooperative jurisdictions for tax purposes in any Council of the EU update adopted by December 31, 2028. Resolves No if Vanuatu is still on Annex I after the last update adopted before that date. As of the October 2026 update, Vanuatu remains on Annex I under criterion 2.2.
